Ameristar in Top 200 Dallas-Fort Worth Businesses
Ameristar Jet Charter, Inc.,
one of the country’s largest operators of on-demand cargo jet aircraft, was
recognized by The Dallas Morning News (DFW Top 200, May 14)
as one of the “top privately held businesses” in the Dallas – Fort Worth
metroplex.
Ameristar joined the ranks of other recognizable companies such as the Neiman
Marcus Group, Dr. Pepper / Seven Up Bottling Group, Culinaire, Minyard Food
Stores, Snelling Staffing, Staubach Group, and Omni Hotels Corporation.
Ameristar vice president Stacy Muth said it the company’s founder and president,
Tom Wachendorfer, Jr. has little comment on the achievement other than to “thank
the Ameristar employees who put us on this page.” She adds that the company is
hopeful of climb in these ranks with the addition of high-end executive and
first-class Boeing 737 charters, in addition to their well-established cargo
charter business. Ameristar Jet Charter, Inc. operates the larges fleet of Part
135 on-demand cargo jets in the country.
